Stamp Card
Concept · A digital loyalty card — sign up with a phone number, free coffee on the 10th, owner sees who's loyal.
01 · Stamp Card
The problem
Paper loyalty cards are forgotten at home, lost in wallets, or forged with a biro. Full loyalty platforms are overkill for a small independent that just wants 'buy 9, get one free'.
What we built
A two-sided, phone-first scheme. Customers sign up in seconds at the till (phone number or email — no app to install), their card lives at a personal web link they can tap-to-add to their phone's home screen. Staff tap a button to add a stamp. At threshold the customer gets a scannable redemption code. The owner sees who's loyal, how often they come, and can push a one-off promo ('Rainy Tuesday: double stamps').
What it does
Features, no fluff.
Customer sign-up: 10 seconds at the till — phone number or email, no app to install
Saved to their phone: a personal web link, tap-to-add to home screen — works on every phone
Staff-side: one-tap 'add stamp' from the till device
Rewards: automatic 'free [item] on [n]th stamp' with a scannable redemption code
Owner dashboard: top customers, redemption count, churn signal
Push a promo in 30 seconds ('double stamps this weekend')
POS-friendly webhook — add a stamp on every eligible sale (SumUp, Square)
Add-on (phase 2): Apple Wallet / Google Wallet passes — extra setup, we'll quote separately
