Pop-up Board
Concept · A daily board for cafés and food stalls — load your stock, serve, sell out. Public QR menu with live counts.
01 · Pop-up Board
The problem
Cafés and food stalls juggle a whiteboard of what's available today, a till that doesn't know what 'sold out' means, a handwritten allergen sheet the EHO asks about, and an Instagram story that goes stale by 10am.
What we built
Pop-up Board gives a café operator one screen: load up how much you have of each item this morning, customers scan a QR in the window to see a live public menu ('3 cinnamon buns left'), and your till / POS can push sold-each-hour back to keep counts honest. A shared product database holds prices, photos, and allergens once — reuse them every day. Handle today's specials in two taps.
What it does
Features, no fluff.
Product database — name, category, price, photo, allergens (kept once, used every day)
Daily board — select today's items and set starting stock in 30 seconds
Public QR menu — customers see real-time 'N left' / 'sold out' without any app install
Specials — add a one-off with price, stock, until-time
POS-ready — designed to accept sold-count webhooks (SumUp / Square / Stripe Terminal)
End-of-day summary — what sold, what didn't, what to prep tomorrow
