Open-House Tracker
Concept · Capture feedback from every viewing. Auto-summarise for the vendor. Never drop a follow-up.

The problem
After a property viewing, estate agents scribble a note in a pad, forget to chase for offer feedback, and deliver a vague verbal summary to the vendor — who then asks 'so what did they actually think?' a week later.
What we built
Open a property, log each viewing in seconds on your phone, capture the buyer's feeling (yes / maybe / no / price-sensitive) and any offer. The vendor-facing weekly summary assembles itself: 'This week, 4 viewings — 1 offer at 97% of asking, 2 maybes, 1 no on the garden size.' Sharp, honest, useful.
What it does
Features, no fluff.
Property board — active listings with view counts and offer status
1-minute post-viewing form (yes / maybe / no + note + offer)
Auto-generated vendor summary (email-ready text, shareable link)
Follow-up nudges if a viewing hasn't had feedback logged in 24h
Trend view — 'the top 3 buyer objections this month'
Honest pricing signal ('4 price-sensitive in a row = consider a reduction')
Interactive concept
Play with the concept.
This is a fully interactive concept — click around, change things, see it react. If the shape fits your business, we can build the real version connected to your data in a few weeks.
