Holborough Lakes Social
A feature rich events management solution built for the Holborough Lakes Social Committee with enhanced paid tiered ticketing, fundraising and Donations management as well as Vendor and Volunteer Co-ordination, advanced networking and extensive admin and finance reporting and analytics.

01 · Residents land on upcoming events, news and featured happenings — guest-friendly from the first tap.
The problem
HLSC was juggling a patchwork of Facebook groups, WhatsApp threads and paper flyers to organise community events. Tickets were sold by hand, check-in was a clipboard, vendors and sponsors were tracked in email threads, and volunteers had no clear rota. Every event burned goodwill before a single ticket was collected.
What we built
One hosted platform running for the whole Holborough Lakes community. Residents sign up, browse events, buy tickets, read news and find HLSC-vetted local vendors. HLSC gets a private admin workbench: walk-in point-of-sale, QR check-in, photo & video booth, waitlists, printable A6 networking badges with QR, a vendor & sponsor leads pipeline, broadcasts, campaigns, financial reports, and a help-assistant chatbot so residents self-serve the easy questions.
What it does
Features, no fluff.
What residents sees on the left; what stays on HLSC's private side on the right.

It's live. Have a look around.
Holborough Lakes Social is the real app the Holborough Lakes community uses every day — not a mock-up. Sign up as a resident to browse events, buy tickets, read news, volunteer, and find HLSC-vetted local vendors, exactly like they do. HLSC's admin tools stay private — you'll see what those look like in the "Inside the app" tour just below.

For vendors & sponsors
A sub-app for the people who sell.
Local vendors and sponsors get their own logged-in area. They manage their profile, see upcoming events they're confirmed for, and apply for future pitches themselves — no more email-tennis with HLSC.

What guests don't see.
Residents and vendors have their own views (above). Everything below is HLSC-only — the admin workbench that ran Easter, summer fetes and the Business Networking evening without a single spreadsheet.

"We couldn't have run the Easter Event without the app — it removed all the ticket admin, and more, and allowed the volunteers to focus on creating a great experience for our Holborough Lakes residents."
